You can view the request details, edit, reject, approve, and confirm requests. You can also add attachments to your requests, and delete any of them. Go to the Requests tab, requests added to the style/colorway are listed as shown in the below example:

You can view any of the requests to view its details. You can also click the requested colorways, represented with rounded rectangles, as shown above, and the request details are opened as shown in the below example:

The following actions are available for your own requests with status New:

You can approve or reject a request, edit any of your requests, attach files to a request, and withdraw or delete requests as explained below.
Withdraw request
You can withdraw the request by clicking the respective button to delete it, the following message appears:

Click Confirm, the request is deleted.
Delete request
To delete any of your requests, view it then click Delete, the following message appears:

Click Confirm, the request is deleted.
Manage request attachments
If the request has any attachments, they are listed as shown in the below example:

You can view the file by clicking its name as shown in the below example:

You can either download the attachment or delete it by clicking the respective button.
To add an attachment, click + Attachments in the request details. The following window appears:

Drag and drop the file you want to add as an attachment, or click the attachments section and browse the file you want. Click Add.
Approve request
You can approve a request with status “New” or “Rejected”. View the request then click Approve, the following window appears:

If request reasons are configured at the catalog level for the selected request type, the window appears as shown in the below example:

Select the reason and enter your comment, then click Approve. Its status changes to “Approved”. Approved requests can then be confirmed. The Confirm button appears after approving the request.
Note:
- Requests are approved automatically if the user has the required privileges.
Reject request
You can reject a request with status “New” or “Approved”. To reject the request, view it then click the Reject button, the following window appears:

If request reasons are configured for the selected request type, the window appears as shown in the below example:

Select the reason for rejection and enter your comments, then click Reject. Its status changes to “Rejected”.
Endorse request
You can endorse requests created by other users. To endorse a request, click the Endorse button, the following window appears:

Fill the request attributes and comments, then click Endorse. The entered values are displayed under the Endorsments section. You can endorse the same request multiple times with different values.
Edit request
Editing requests is only available for the owner of the request or the user with the required privileges. When you click the Edit button, the configured request attributes are displayed as shown in the below example:

Perform the required changes then click Confirm.
Confirm request
You can confirm an approved request to add a colorway to create the requested colorway placeholder or reflect the changes done in request on the colorway. To do so, view the approved request then click Confirm, the following window appears to enable you to create the colorway placeholder:

Enter the colorway attributes, then click the Add button, the placeholder is added as shown in the below example:

Click the Next button, the colorway is created.
To confirm the edit requests, click Confirm, the following message appears:

Click Confirm.
Notes:
- When the colorway is viewed, the request colorway displays the request number as shown in the below example:

Also, the colorway is added to the selected period with the regular icon as shown above.
- You can also select more than one request and approve or reject them as shown in the below example:

Then follow the same steps mentioned above.
