Creating and submitting orders

In this tutorial, you will learn how to create your orders through T1 Studio Web and submit those orders for processing. 

Sign in to T1 Studio Web

To sign in to T1 Studio Web, first, you need to open your designated T1 Studio Web link and follow the below steps:

  1. Enter your username then click Next
  2. Enter the password, then click the Sign in button. If you have more than one user account, they are listed and you can select the one you want, otherwise, the catalog selection page opens. 

Note:

  • In case you forgot your password, you can click the respective link below the password field, the following fields appears:
  1. Enter the secret code you recieved on your email, 
  2. Enter the new password, 
  3. Click Set Password.  
 

More information is available in Sign in to T1 Studio Web. After signing in to the system, you need to open the catalog.


Open catalog

To open the catalog, click its card, the following window appears, depending on the catalog configuration, to help you select the customer and price groups:

  1. Select the customer account for which you want to open the catalog, 
  2. Select the values for the price groups. The above slider, Use the price groups assigned to the customer, only appears if you are a seller or admin. More information is available in Open catalog
  3. Click Open catalog.

Now that the catalog is open, you can browse the range of colorways. The catalog can be browsed using the catalog tree on the left-hand side, saved views, or filters. You can refer to the Browse colorway range in the related articles below for more information.

The system provides multiple ways to place an order. You can either create an order from your favorite colorways, create order from a predefined list, or import an order. 


Create order from favorites 

First, you need to make sure that colorways are added to your favorite tags. Colorways can assigned as favorites in different ways as mentioned in Add colorway to favorites.

To create an order from favorites, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Orders, by clicking the respective icon from the left-hand side:
  1. Click +, then click the radio button next to Order from favorites as shown below: 
  1. Select the favorite tag you want, 
  2. Select the customer then location, 
  3. Enter the alias and customer reference, if you want,
  4. Click Save, the order is created with your favorite tag(s) colorways,

Notes:

  • Orderlines are marked with ! if the delivery date is not available or inactive, or the colorway does not have sizes. A tooltip also appears to inform you so and quantities cannot be entered.
  • If the colorway is inactive, its record is highlighted in red. 
 

Once the order is created, you can fill the quantities against each delivery date and size. To do so, you can either fill the quantities or replicate them from the matching delivery dates and sizes. 

To fill the order quantities:

  1. Enter the quantity you want to order of each size, you can move between sizes by pressing the Tab key:
  1. Click Apply, the quantity and total price are updated.

To replicate quantities:
1.    Fill the quantity for the size(s) you want to replicate, 
2.    Click Apply to save the value(s), then click the Replicate Qty button, the matching delivery dates with the same sizes are highlighted in light yellow, 
3.    Click the delivery date, its values are copied and no longer highlighted as shown below: 

Repeat the above steps to fill the quantities for all the orderlines then click Send. The order is synchronized with T1.


Create order from a predefined list of colorways

To create an order from a list of colorways, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Orders, by clicking the respective icon from the left-hand side, 
  2. Click +, then click the radio button next to Blank Order as shown below: 
  1. Select the customer then location, 
  2. Enter the alias and customer reference, if you want,
  3. Click Save, the order is created and its details are displayed. Now you need to fill it with the list of colorways you want.

To add the list of colorways to the order, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Fill order button and select Colorway list tab, the following window appears:
  1. Paste the list of colorways in the respective field, 
  2. Click Next, if any of the colorway numbers is invalid or unavailable, a message appears on the window informing you that orderlines will not be created, 
  3. Click Fill, orderlines are added to the order.

After orderlines are created, you can fill the quantities against each delivery date and size. To do so, you can either fill the quantities or replicate them from the matching delivery dates and sizes. 

Notes:

To fill the order quantities:

  1. Enter the quantity you want to order of each size, you can move between sizes by pressing the Tab key:
  1. Click Apply, the quantity and total price are updated.

To replicate quantities:
1.    Fill the quantity for the size(s) you want to replicate, 
2.    Click Apply to save the value(s), then click the Replicate Qty button, the matching delivery dates with the same sizes are highlighted in light yellow, 
3.    Click the delivery date, its values are copied and no longer highlighted as shown below: 

Repeat the above steps to fill the quantities for all the orderlines then click Send. The order is synchronized with T1.


Import order

To import an order and map colorways and their quantities in one go and save the time and effort needed to create orders individually, first you need to export the order form as mentioned in Export order form

After exporting the form, you need to fill the quantities against each colorway's size and delivery date and import the form through the Orders module. 

To import the order, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Orders module, and click the Import button:
  1. Browse for the file you want to import then click Next
  2. Select the sheet and click Next
  3. Map the columns and select whether you want to create a new order or update an existing order by clicking the respective radio button as shown in the below example:
  1. Click Next. If any rows are invalid, you can open the Results file and correct them, or skip the invalid rows by clicking the respective checkbox, 
  2. Click Import, the order is created in Draft status. 

You can click the Send button to submit it to T1 for processing. No changes are allowed to submitted orders. You can click Reopen to update the order.


Reopen order

After submitting the order, you cannot perform any updates on it unless it is reopened. This option is only available for your own orders with status “Submitted”. 

The Reopen button appears as shown below:

The order status changes to “Reopened”. You can update the order then submit it to T1.
