Manage folders

You can create folders and subfolders in the Whiteboard module then boards can be created inside those folders.  

Add folder

To add a folder, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Add button then select Add folder, the following window appears:
  1. Select the parent folder if you want to create a subfolder, 
  2. Enter the folder name, 
  3. Click Save folder, the folder is added to the list. 

Edit folder

To edit any of the folders, select Edit from the Actions menu next to the folder or right-click the folder then select Edit, the following window appears:

Update any of the displayed information then click Save folder

Delete folder

To delete a folder, select Delete from the Actions menu next to the folder or right-click the folder then select Delete, the following message appears:

Click Confirm, the folder and its slides are deleted.
