Through this module, you can create a board that includes colorways, textboxes, images, shapes, frames, comments, and sticky notes, etc. Whiteboards help users represent their ideas visually and improve collaboration between team members in real-time through shared boards. The board has no designated size and can grow according to your needs.
Go to Whiteboard, the following page appears:
Boards are listed along with the owner name and email, the creation, and update date. Boards are organized within folders in a tree structure. Recently viewed whiteboards are displayed above. You can add a new folder, or board, and view any of the existing boards for the selected catalog.
To view the board, click its record or thumbnail, the board is displayed as shown in the below example:
