As mentioned before, you can view any of the boards, whether they are your own boards or boards shared with you by other users, by clicking its record or thumbnail. Below is an example:
Different objects added to the board are displayed. The catalog season is also displayed at the top left corner. You can drag an external image and add it to the board.
If the board is shared with another user, and the user is accessing the board at the same time, their initials are displayed in the upper right-side corner in addition to an indication of where their cursor is as shown in the below example:
For more information on sharing boards, refer to Share board. The menu on the left-hand side helps you perform several actions, such as adding textboxes, colorways, and shapes to the board as detailed below:

| Select | To select an object and move it on the board. When the object is selected, Actions menu appears, and it may differ from one object to another. |

| Draw | To write or draw on the board in free style, and in different colors and line widths. More information is available in Draw |
| Colorway | To add colorways to the board. For more information, refer to Colorways |
| Style | To add styles to the board. For more information, refer to Styles |
| Frame | To add frames of different sizes to the board. For more information, refer to Frames |
| Upload | To upload an image to the board. You can assign it as an asset or a resource to the colorway. A window opens to allow you to browse for the file you want. More information is available in Upload image/assign resource |
| Generate | To create frames containing the articles or models you want. For more information on creating frames using the Standard template, refer to Generate frames – Standard template, and for more information on creating frames using the Visual line builder template, refer to Generate frames – Visual line builder. You can also create frames using the Generate frames – Colorway merch. |
| Dynamic grid | To group and filter colorways based on certain attributes and display the result within a grid. For more information, refer to Dynamic grid |
| Line | To draw a horizontal line on the board. More information is available in Lines |
| Open sidebar | To open the sidebar, browse them, and view them in presentation mode |
You can show or hide comments and favorite tags through the Settings, as shown below:
By default, both sliders are on, and you can click the one you want to hide. The selected settings are reflected on all boards in the catalog.
Browsing the board can be done in different ways as follows:
- Use two fingers on the track pad and move your fingers in any direction to move the board
- Use the mouse wheel to move up and down
- Hold the mouse wheel and move the mouse in any direction to move the board
- Right-click and drag the mouse in any direction to move the board
- Zooming in and out can be done by pressing Ctrl key and + to zoom in, or Ctrl key and – to zoom out. Pinching the trackpad can also be used to zoom out or moving your fingers apart to zoom in.
Notes:
- You can copy text and images from outside the board and paste them into the board using the keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl + C for copy, and Ctrl + V for paste).
- You can use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Z to undo the last action you performed on the board, and Ctrl + Shift + Z to redo it. You can also use the actions on the top left-side of the window as shown below:
- Objects on the board can be copied and pasted in another place on the same board or a different one.
