Generate frames – Visual line builder

You can create frames containing the colorways you want using the Visual line builder template. To do so, click Generate, the following window appears:

Select “Visual line Builder” from the Template dropdown list as shown above. You can either include all catalog colorways, your favorite colorways, add a list of colorways or styles, or import a list of colorways or styles as a Excel file.

Full catalog

To generate frames for all the colorways in the catalog, follow these steps:

  1. Select the radio button next to (Full Catalog), then click Next, the following window appears:
  1. Select the row label attributes, and the column label attributes, you can select up to 3,
  2. Click the slider Group by style slider, if you want the generated frames to contain the style thumbnails and attributes,
  3. Select the colorway attributes which you want to display,
  4. Select the number of columns you want in each slide, by default it is “1”, and you can add up to “6” columns,
  5. Select the size in which you want to add the images,
  6. Change the font size for the horizontal and vertical axis labels, if you want by clicking the arrows,
  7. Select the frame size,
  8. Select the attribute based on which colorways are grouped, if you want,
  9. Enter the frame title, if you want,
  10. Select the attribute(s) based on which colorways are sorted – ascending or descending, then select the order in which you want the colorways to be sorted,
  11. Click the slider button if you want to group colorways by style,
  12. Click Next, the following window appears:
  1. Click Finish, frames are generated as shown in the below example:

You can click any of the colorways or styles to view its details. Dropped colorways are greyed out.

Favorites

To generate frames for your favorite colorways, follow these steps:

  1. Select the radio button next to (Favorites), then click Next, the following window appears:
  1. Select the favorite tag you want then repeat the steps mentioned above for generating frames for Full Catalog,
  2. Click Next then Finish, frames with your favorite colorways are generated.

List of colorways

To generate frames using a list of colorways, follow these steps:

  1. Select the radio button next to (List of colorways), then click Next, the following window appears:
  1. Enter the colorway numbers, then follow the steps mentioned above for generating frames for Full Catalog,
  2. Click Next then Finish, frames with the specified colorways are created.

List of styles

To generate frames using a list of styles, follow these steps:

  1. Select the radio button next to (List of styles), then click Next, the following window appears:
  1. Enter the style numbers, then follow the steps mentioned above for generating frames for Full Catalog,
  2. Click Next then Finish, frames with the specified styles are created.

Excel file

To generate frames using colorways from an Excel sheet, follow these steps:

  1. Select the radio button next to (Excel File) then click Next, the following window appears:
  1. Drag and drop the file or browse for it,
  2. Click Next, then Finish, frames with the specified colorways are created.

Saved views

To generate frames using colorways in your saved views, follow these steps:

  1. Select the radio button next to (Saved views) then click Next, the following window appears:
  1. Select the saved views you want, 
  2. Click Next, then Finish, frames with the specified colorways are created.
