To add a sticky note to the board, click the icon from the toolbar, the following color selection window appears:
Select the color you want then click on the board where you want to place the sticky note, the following window appears:
Enter the text you want then click Confirm. The sticky note is added to the board as shown below:
You can drag the corners and edges of the sticky to resize it. You can format your sticky note using the functions highlighted above as follows:
- Change the background color, a color selector is displayed as shown below:
Click the color you want.
- Change the font type and font size, each from its menu, if you want.
- Change the text color by clicking the A icon, a color selector is displayed and you can click the color you want.
- Change the font style to Bold or Italic, if you want, by clicking the B icon.
- Change the note size, if you want, it is set to M (medium) by default. Note that if you resized your note manually, the size is displayed as C (customized).
- Click the Lock icon to lock the sticky note and prevent changing its location and properties, such as color and font size. The icon changes and you can click it again to unlock the note.
- Click the comment icon to add a comment. More information on comments is available in Comments.
- Click the three dots to select similar objects on the board, bring the selected object to the front or send it to the back, or remove the selected object.
- Click the upper handle of the sticky note and move the mouse to rotate it.
