Manage boards

You can add boards inside folders or subfolders, edit, duplicate, or delete them as discussed below. 

Add board

To add a new board, follow these steps:

  1. Click Add then select Add board, the following window appears:
  1. Select the folder, if you want, otherwise, it will be created inside a Blank folder, 
  2. Click Save. The board is added as shown in the below example:

A number of functions can be done through the toolbar as mentioned in View board. You can zoom in and out by pressing the Ctrl key and scrolling or clicking the + and  next to the percentage. You can reset to 100% by double-clicking the percentage again.

Duplicate board

To duplicate a board, select Duplicate from the Actions menu next to it or right-click the board then select Duplicate, the following window appears:

Enter a name then click Save.

Edit board

To edit a board, select Edit from the Actions menu next to it or right-click the board then select Edit, the following window appears:

Edit the folder and the board name then click Save.

Delete board

To delete a board, select Delete from the Actions menu next to it or right-click  the board then select Delete, the following message appears:

Click Confirm to delete the board.
